Our Return & Exchange Policy

Items shipped from can be returned/exchange within 7 days upon receipt.

Note: Please contact us if you want to return or exchange an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. 

What if my Product is Defective or Damaged?

1.Defective products:Prior to issuing a return authorization, it may be necessary to first contact us : for the technical support – the reason for this being it is common for products to not actually be defective, but only need a setting changed.

2.Shipping damages:If your product arrives damaged in shipment, you should note that with the shipper immediately and contact us within 1-2 business days of receipt of goods. Delays may result in denied claims. “Receipt of Goods” is defined as arrival at order’s destination address. Wherever possible, you should document the damage (images will be extremely helpful).

Can I get the refund if I don't like the products?

No. If there is no product quality problem, Stromaintech does not support returns.

How do I make a return/exchange?

1.Contact with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.

2.Print the return slip and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.

3.Send item(s) back to us through local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.

4.We will process your return/exchange in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package.

Why do I need to print the return label?

By scanning your return slip, our facility can locate your return much faster. After that we can proceed to refund/replacement.

How to return/exchange the product?

Items shipped from can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Which carrier should I use to return?

We’d suggest to contact your nearest post office to return for a better customs clearance procedure.

How to get the refund?

By default, a refund goes to your original funding source. Stromain does not support storing balance in your stromain account.

Those payment methods require customer to provide a PayPal account should a refund will be issued.
